Pact Terms

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These terms are between you and GenesisCipher Labs Private Limited. By using Pact, you agree to them.

Pact is an invoicing and record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Automated extraction, calculations and documents may be wrong or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for checking every invoice, tax treatment, filing, payment record and message. Pact does not file returns, remit tax, collect payments or send messages for you.

Use Pact only for lawful work and content you are entitled to process. Keep independent copies of records you need. You retain responsibility for information you enter, documents you issue and destinations to which you send them.

If Pact offers an auto-renewing subscription, its period and price are shown before purchase. The platform store charges and manages it. It renews unless cancelled within the period stated at purchase; uninstalling Pact does not cancel it. Manage or cancel it in your store account. Mandatory refund rights still apply.

Pact is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, GenesisCipher Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability relating to Pact is limited to the amount you paid for Pact during the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by Indian law, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms by changing this page and its date.
