Pact Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Pact on Apple platforms. GenesisCipher Labs Private Limited is the data controller.

Data handling

Pact processes the information you enter or share with it: business and contact details, tax and bank identifiers, client details, deal text, invoices, payment records, logos, signatures and reminder settings. It uses this information to prepare and manage invoices, records and reminders. Extraction and drafting run on your device.

This data is stored on your device. GenesisCipher Labs does not receive it and does not operate Pact accounts, analytics, advertising or data servers. Apple processes purchases through StoreKit and may include app data in an operating-system backup under your Apple settings. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Any provider processing data for GenesisCipher Labs must protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

Pact sends a document, export, message, payment link or backup only when you choose a destination. That destination may store it under its own privacy terms.

Retention and control

Your data remains on your device until you edit or delete it in Pact or uninstall the app. You can revoke notification access in system Settings. Files you exported or shared must be deleted from their destination separately.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain your personal data and to complain to a regulator. The app’s controls provide access, correction, export and deletion for on-device data. Email us to exercise any right involving data we can access or to raise a grievance.

Pact is not directed to children under 13. We use platform security protections and update this notice when our practices materially change.
